Common questions
Where is my data?
Only on your phone. We cannot see it, and we cannot recover it. Use Settings, Back up, now and then.
I changed phones.
On the old phone, open Settings, Back up, and share the file to yourself. On the new phone, open the file, copy its text, then Settings, Restore from backup, and paste.
My reminder did not fire.
Check that notifications are allowed for GLP Smart in your phone settings, and that battery saver is not restricting the app. Reminders are scheduled on your phone, so they work offline.
I bought Plus on another phone.
Open Report, tap a longer range, then Restore purchases.
GLP Smart is a personal log. It is not medical advice and it does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition.
What the app does
It records what you enter: doses, injection sites, weight, measurements and how you feel. It reminds you at the time you choose and makes a summary you can show your prescriber.
What it does not do
It never recommends a medication, a dose, a schedule change or a diet. It does not check that what you enter is correct, and it does not measure anything with your phone's sensors. Take your medication exactly as your prescriber and the medication label tell you.
When to get help
Talk to your prescriber or pharmacist about missed doses, side effects, dose changes and any question about your treatment. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
