What is GLP Smart?

GLP Smart is a private log for people on a GLP-1 medication such as semaglutide or tirzepatide. You log doses in one tap, track weight, waist and side effects, get a reminder that never shows your medication, and share a clean PDF with your doctor. It is available on iPhone and Android.

Is GLP Smart private?

Yes. Everything you log is stored on your phone only. There is no account, and the developers cannot see your entries. The app uses anonymous usage analytics that contain no health data.

Does GLP Smart give medical advice or tell me my dose?

No. GLP Smart only records what you type. It never recommends a medication, a dose or a schedule change. Always follow your prescriber's instructions.

What does GLP Smart cost?

New users get a 7-day free trial on the monthly plan, then it renews monthly until cancelled. Yearly and lifetime plans are also available. History, backup and reminders stay available without a subscription.

Can I track injection sites?

Yes. For shots, you can pick where you injected, and GLP Smart suggests the next site in the rotation so you do not have to remember.

Can I track other things, like blood pressure?

Yes. You can hide the built-in trackers you do not use and add your own numbers with a name and unit.

Can I share my log with my doctor?

Yes. GLP Smart makes a one-page PDF of your doses, weight and side effects for the last 30 days, 90 days or all time, which you can share before an appointment.

What happens to my data if I change phones?

Use the backup in Settings to save your log to a file, then restore it on the new phone. Because data is stored locally, a backup is the only way to move it.
